Refund and Cancellation Policy
Healing with Jasmyn Pty Ltd 662 864 155 trading as Rewilded Remedies refund and cancellation policy is set out below for all services offered under Rewilded Remedies, please read carefully before making any purchases.
Rewilded Remedies strives to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability, and while we understand that unforeseeable circumstances may result in you not being able to attend your scheduled appointments or proceed with a package and/or course, we ask you to provide as much notice as possible. Rewilded Remedies will always consider and apply what is fair, reasonable and common sense if a cancellation fee is charged or cancellation of services is requested. We do not offer any refunds for service agreements or services that have already been delivered or have already started.
In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Rewilded Remedies
Rewilded Remedies has the right to review and change this policy at any time, however the policy at the time of purchase will apply to you..
Homeopathy consultations
If you would like to cancel a homeopathy consultation or package, you must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in advance of the start time and date.
For cancellations within less than 24 hours of the start time and date, a $10 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
Courses with set start dates
If you would like to cancel a course you have enrolled in, you must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of the set course start date to receive a full refund.
For cancellations within less than 48 hours from the set course date, a $50 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
Homeopathy products
All sales of homeopathy products are final, including kits and individual remedies.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please email hello@rewildedremedies.com.au and include the following information:
· Your Order number if known and applicable (appears on the top of the confirmation email) or,
· Your Appointment time and date
· Your name and address
· A description of what you are requesting a refund for and the reason why
· Photos if physical damage to a product if applicable
